Chassis # 31600162C
Year: 1966
Model: 88" Station Wagon (RHD).

Date of build: 10 February 1966.

Origin destination: Invercarron for Nepal, 17 February 1966.

January 2006: This is a historic LAND-ROVER, its former owner & driver being none other than His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama. This vehicle is in fantastic condition, no rust has yet to be found, and mileage is under 70,000. Why does WCB have this car? Well, it arrived here in December 2005 in a container from India... and we're going to restore this 88" back to its former glory. Once completed, we are of the understanding that the 88" will be auctioned off to aid programs of the Dalai Lama Foundation.  More later.
